CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm a booking we require a credit card details. For weekend bookings , if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of expected arrival then the full amount will be charged for unless a replacement booking is found in which case no charge will be made. This also applies to those who are part of a group.
Midweek bookings ie Sunday – Thursday, cancellations will be accepted up to 3 days before the expected arrival without charge.
In the case of a deposit being sent in the form of a money order or cheque, no refund will be made for a weekend booking unless a replacement booking is found and for midweek bookings it can be held over for a later time.
For those who pay by cheque or money order or do not have a credit card, a $ 200 refundable security deposit is payable by cash or debit card.
SMOKING
Benambra B&B & Cottage are smoke free venues. This includes bedroom, bathrooms, balconies, verandahs and gardens. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to your credit card should to ignore this condition.
