Welcome to Benambra Bed & Breakfast and Historic Cottage. Benambra was built as a guesthouse in the late 1870’s and has been the holiday place of many families for over 130 years. Benambra Cottage is even older and was once a fisherman’s cottage.

Today, Benambra Bed & Breakfast and Cottage has been fully restored and renovated to meet the needs of today’s holiday maker.

Situated in the heart of Queenscliff, Benambra is within a few minutes walk to beaches, shops, the ferry, cafes, pubs and the steam train.

Benambra offers you 7 beautiful individually decorated rooms, each with ensuites, airconditioning/heating, and 2 living rooms to relax in – one with an open fire for chilly evenings and the other a beautiful sitting room to curl up with a book or chat with friends.

Benambra is famous for it’s food. Home made cake or slice with percolated coffee or tea is served on your arrival and a sumptuous cooked breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, juice, tea and coffee, is a great start to your day. Benambra is the place to kick back and enjoy your weekend.

We can organise activities to make your stay with us more enjoyable – a sunset cruise, ride on the steam train, fishing trips, swim with the dolphins or pamper yourself with a massage or facial.
